'But it's not real' is a four colour, screen printed concertina book, based on the short stories of Haruki Murakami's 'The Elephant Vanishes'. Each element of the design captures one of the surreal short stories from the book, for example the barn on fire from the short story 'Barn Burning'. I also created an animated sting of the design which is at the bottom of the gallery.
